He was predeceased by: his parents, Mel Crouse and Bea Crouse (Freson); his sister Karen; his brother-in-law Wayne Montgomery; and his siblings, Mervin and Charlotte (Metz).
He is survived by: his sister Yvonne; and his siblings-in-law, Terry Wolfe, Dawn Marie Crouse and Terry Metz. He is also survived by 12 nieces and nephews, and 22 great-nieces and nephews.
