Fletcher Allen Burlock Obituary
December 11, 2017 we lost our beloved husband, father, grandfather, uncle, brother, brother-in-law, cousin and friend. He was born in Melfort, Saskatchewan January 1, 1949 to John and Zunnia Burlock. He was the oldest of 5 children. The first of two were raised on the farm, then the family moved to Saskatoon where the other three children were born.
Fletcher met Pat, the love of his life in Saskatoon. They were blessed with a beautiful daughter and two handsome sons. They settled in Grande Prairie, Alberta and were blessed again with six wonderful grandchildren, who were his pride and joy. He was very proud of his children and grandchildren and would brag about their many accomplishments.
Our house was where the grandkids knew where the snack cupboard was and the grand dogs knew where the treats were, usually in his pocket. He loved to talk and tell stories to anyone who would listen. He was passionate about spending family time, whether it was fishing, camping, family suppers, watching sports, especially his Roughrider or Oilers, cranking his music and sending FB messages to everyone even if it was 2 AM.
He was loved and will be missed by his loving wife Pat, Children; Jacene (Bill) Kailee, Blake; Tim (Melany) Lauryn, Justin; Chad (Nicole), Jordyn, Riley; Sister Edith (Brian) Brothers; Clinton (Barb), Howard (Karen), Cameron (Mardi). Fletcher was predeceased by parents John and Zunnia Burlock, Inlaws Roland & Ellen Moar, and Shirley Williams (Moar).
