He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Clayton, Tryphena Parsons and Manuel West; and his aunts and uncles, Clifford Parsons (Donna), Seymour Parsons (Ruby), Frances, Eskil Berg, Flossie and Kenneth Humphries.

He is survived by : his parents, Bernard Parsons and Joan Parsons; his children, Zachary, Noah and Rachel; his wife Wendy Fraser; his stepdaughter Sarah; his sister Cindy Young (Darren); his grandmother Emma West; and his aunts and uncles, Claude Parsons (Larne), Lawrence West (Karen), Marion Blackmore (Harland), Ruby Mosher, Glenda Winsor (Duane), Dale Alexandre (Dewaine), Marilyn Zacharuk (Edward) and Deane West (Mike). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, a large circle of cousins and other extended family, as well as many loving friends.
