Jason Zacharia Halwa Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jason Zacharia Halwa (Grande Prairie, Alberta), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 10, 2025 at the age of 53. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jason Zacharia Halwa to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his father Sigmund Stanley Halwa; and his brother Randall Brett Halwa (Madison "Fatso" Halwa). He is survived by: his wife Heather Halwa (Doll); his mother Joyce Halwa; and his siblings, Darryl Blake Halwa (Joann), Dana Bremner (Don), Arlene Halwa, Cheryl Halwa, Darcy Halwa (Tracey), Sig Jr. Halwa, Tracy Pagacz (Robert), Susan Fraser, Kim Diodoro (Cobb), Keith Halwa (Yaritza Alvarez) and Aaron Halwa. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, countless cousins, extended family members and friends.
A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church (10404 102 St, Grande Prairie, AB T8V2W3). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Country Roads Rv Park (63061a Township Rd 722, Grande Prairie, AB T8X4K7).
