We bid farewell to Linda Hommy (Grande Prairie, Alberta), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 20, 2025 at the age of 77. Linda touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband Franklin Hommy; her granddaughter Melorie; her sister Debbie; her parents, Ruth Smashnuk and Ben Smashnuk; her uncle Herb; her parents-in-law, Lena Larson and Sam Larson; and her sisters-in-law, Gwen Hommy (Fair) and Phyliss Toews (Remple).

She is survived by: her children, Shona, Ryier (Melissa), Lea-Marie (Bill) and Tyson; her great grandchildren, Holden, Harper, Beau and Luc; her children, Remona, Frankie (Leona) and Brittany; her siblings, Bernie Smashnuk (Bev), Barbara Slovinski, Margaret Woods (Grant), Donna Parchewsky (Gordon), Bob Smashnuk (Linda), Dave Smashnuk, Randy Smashnuk (Liz) and Sandra Smashnuk; and her brothers-in-law, Wayne Hommy (Eileen) and Larry Hommy (Jean Quinn). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, extended family.
