He is survived by: his mother Myrtle Reid; his significant other Jo Ann Patrick; his significant other's children, Josee and Shawna; his brother Warren Kakoske (Shelly); his nieces and nephews, Tynan and Teea; his sister Shauna Johnson (Dennis); his nieces and nephews, Baylee, Tulsa and Jordan; his brother Dale Reid (Elaine); and his nieces and nephews, Rylon, Kirsten, Dylan, Tamis and Desirè.
