He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosemarie and George; and his sister Shirley. He is survived by: his siblings, Lloyd, Kenneth and Sheila; his nieces, Fern, Becky, Valerie and Irene; and his nephew Kelvin. He is also survived by 13 great nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations in Micheal's honour can be made to a charity of your choice.
