She was predeceased by: her parents, Jan Kuril and Mary Kuril; her husband William Chomiak; her son Steve; her great grandchild Brynlee Olive; and her sisters, Betty and Audrey.
She is survived by: her children, Jeanette, Gloria and Jerry (Debbie); and her sister Norma of Surrey, BC.. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, nine great grandchildren.
