Olga Gemmill Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Olga Gemmill (Grande Prairie, Alberta), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 22, 2026 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Olynyk and Anna; her brothers, Emil, Bill (William) and Larry Olynyk; her nephew Tim Blanchard; and her siblings, Jean Redford and Barney Olynyk.
She is survived by: her husband Blake; her children, Heather Barth (Markus), Myles, Harris, Wilson Gemmill (Mitzy), Lucas, Brooklyn, Landon, Kathryn Young, Alexandra Jones (Taylor), Mackenzie Young and Emily Young; her grandchildren, Payton, Nixon, Ryker and Boden; and her siblings, Mary Jacura, Mark Olynyk, Irene Leckie and Terry Olynyk.
