With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Oswald Meier Throness (Grande Prairie, Alberta), who passed away on February 1, 2024 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his son-in-law Raymond; his great grandchild Dalton; and his parents, Bjarne Throness and Olava. He is survived by : his wife Marjorie Ruth; his children, Dale (Linda), Karen (Darrell), Lynn (Carman) and Elaine; and his siblings, Lloyd (Hazel), Dean, Olive, Mary, Hazel, Chester, Harold and Myrtle. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren.
