He was predeceased by: his parents, Joanne Taylor and Archibald Cuthbert O'Neil; his wife Beverly Lizotte; his siblings, Doug, Donald, Doreen, Ella and June; and his nephew Brian Ellwood.
He is survived by: his daughter Carmen Hall (Terry); his granddaughter Amanda Haynes (Travis); his great grandchildren, Olivia York and Xavier Haynes; his sister Mary Lou Bartch (Bill); his niece Eileen Coons (Mike); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Chelsey, Kari and Kyle.
