It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sebastian Harry Gregory Heemskerk in Grande Prairie, Alberta, born in Vernon, British Columbia, who passed away on June 2, 2021, at the age of 22, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by : his parents, Tim and Carmen (Pete); his sisters, Avalon and Kalista; his stepbrother Cameron; his grandparents, Harry, Terry, Greg and Angela; and his great-grandparents, Irvin and Loni. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, step-siblings, cousins, nieces, and friends.
