She was loved and cherished by many people including: her siblings, Jimmy, Peggy, Freddy, Kathleen and Tommy; her parents, Isabella Plater and James Joseph Plater; her husband John Anderson Young; her sister Winnifred Plater of South Shields, England.; her children, Beth Davis (Duncan), Peggy Martin (Jeff), John Young (Agnes) and Alison Laidlaw (John); and her grandchildren, Seth, Jordan, Adam (Megan), Alyssa, Meghan (JF), Ben, Katie, Mackenzie, Darren, Jenny (Eric) and Kirby.
