Paul Lloyd Sanford Obituary

He arrived in Granum on Mother's day 1973 with his wife Kay and their daughter Gayle. It was a difficult adjustment for them as they were referred to as "transients". What a proper name to be called when you believe in Christ and try to live as if this world is not your home.

In 1990 they moved barely out of town to their spacious country home and yard. Paul loved life in the outdoors communing in God's creation, especially when Spring came round. Enjoying every minute puttering in the garden, pruning bushes and watching Kay's "10, 000" colourful flowers bloom.

He was thrilled when he could say, "Sanford and Son" – Steven and later when it became "Sanford and Grandson" – Brandon followed by "Sanford and Granddaughter" – Kayla.

The fellowship of believers meant so much to him - Sunday worship service, visiting, choir and Bible Studies of all kinds. He was elated to be part of the Family of God, sharing with everyone he met. He interceded daily to the Lord for his earthy family.

They are: His faithful wife Kay, His daughter Gayle and her partner Kelly, His son Steven and wife Dawn Grandchildren Brandon and Kayla.
