She was predeceased by: her husband Steve; her daughter Virginia Lee; her parents, Hilda Gross and Frank Gross; her brothers, Ernest Gross, Francis Gross and Duane Gross; and her brother-in-law Ron Knibb.

She is survived by: her children, Valerie Ell of Lethbridge, Alanna Schellhorn (Jack) of Calgary, Roxane Selvig (Dwayne) of Lethbridge and Steven Ell Jr. of Burdett; her granddaughter Jaclyne Jaye Selvig of Lethbridge; her siblings, Rose Knibb, Ben Gross (Arliss), Marvin Gross (Eileen) and LaVern Gross (Evelyn); and her sister-in-law Lorelei Gross. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
