It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel Ropchan of Grimshaw, Alberta, born in Berwyn, Alberta, who passed away on February 15, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, John Ropchan and Annie Ropchan (Mutual); and his siblings, Mike (Georges), Nancy (Bill), Philis Petluck (Lily), Victoria (Bill Portsmouth), Helen (John Hudema) and Stephen (Helen).

He is survived by : his wife Huguette; his daughter Carmen; his grandson Aidan; his brother John; and his sister-in-law Mabel.

A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, June 29th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Family Roman Catholic Church (4901 50 St, Grimshaw, AB T0H1W0).
