He is survived by: his wife Dannette; his children, Justin, Brittany, Reece (Mariska), Tessa and Leland; his father Franklin Hornbrook; and his siblings, Sheriden Mackenzie (Keith) and Jeremy Hornbrook (Rhonda). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, several aunts and uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
