He is survived by: his wife Elisabeth Dettmers; his children, Terry (Trina Kravitz) and Anita; his grandchildren, Hailey and Eryn; his sister Miep DeGroot (Leo); and his brother-in-law Wim Dettmers (Truce).
Viewing was held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Yves Légaré Funeral Home (1350 Highway 13 T0B1V0). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the Complexe Ste-Dorothée.
