He was predeceased by: his father George Thorson; his brothers-in-law, Vern Binkley and Michael David; and his father-in-law Stanley David (MaryAnne). He is survived by: his wife Sharon David; his children, Tiffany Thorson of Black Diamond, Ty Thorson (Charmayne) of Hays and Bailey Thorson (Joel Gray) of Lethbridge; his grandchildren, Caelia (Seth Brooks), Emma and Laycie Thorson; his mother Clarabelle Thorson; his sisters, Roxie Binkley, Pam Thorson, Candy Henschke (Art) and Penny Sheldon (Grant); and his close friend Dave Hanson. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
