She was predeceased by : her husband Vernon "Babe"; her parents, Orolin Hunt and Agnes Hunt; and her siblings, Ken Hunt, Jean Shepherd, Pat Good and Barbara Boyle.

She is survived by : her children, Lora Meiklejohn (Gary) of Leduc and Rocky Sharkey (Joanne) of Heinsburg; her grandchildren, Tarelle Stubbs, Travis Meiklejohn (Danielle), Tiana Zwarich (Lee), Jamie Sharkey (Tatjana), Aaron Sharkey and Dustin Sharkey (Jenna); her great grandchildren, Rylan Stubbs, Nolan Stubbs, Dalan Stubbs, Alexi Meiklejohn, Blake Meiklejohn, Taya Zwarich, Hayes Zwarich, Wyatt Zwarich, Noah Sharkey, Nate Sharkey, Montana Sharkey and Scarlett Sharkey; and her siblings-in-law, Laverne Wilson of Elk Point, Ken Shepherd of Drayton Valley and Carol Hunt of Keremeos. She is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
