She was predeceased by: her parent Ellis Forest; and her brother Blair Forest. She is survived by: her husband Rick Provencher; her children, Kayla, Troy and Mya; and her grandchildren, Kaluna, Anastazia, Mila, Brantley, Jack, Yara and Cecilia.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Our Lady of Good Council Catholic Church (10802 102 St, High Level, AB T0H1Z0).
Donations can be made to the Mazankowski Alberta Heart Institute, if friends so desire.
