He was predeceased by: his brother Eugene; his parents, Andrew Hawryliuk and Mary Hawryliuk; his parents-in-law, Betty and Len Amadore; and his brother-in-law Mike Chapman.
He is survived by: his wife Lindsay; his children, Kendra (Rick Sobierajski) and Colin (Lisa); his siblings, Wilbert (Lynda) and Helen; his grandchildren, Adam, Sadie, Mackayla, Kyle and Corey; his nephews, Robbie (Denise), Ryan (Sophie) and Micheal; and his brother-in-law Bryan (Bev).
