He was predeceased by: his father Steve Starko; his siblings, Stevie, Rose Cox (Donald) and Michael; his son-in-law Hendrik of Hek; and his aunt Catherine Starko.
He is survived by: his mother Jean Starko (Bilyk); his wife Judy Guitton; his children, Liz (Starko) of Hek, Marie Inglehart (Bob), Joey (Sheri) and Anita Starko; his grandchildren, Jack, Blake Inglehart and Hailey Starko; his brother Pete Starko (Joann); and his uncles, Bill Bilyk (Carol) and Mike Starko (Nancy). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Viewing was held on Friday, May 8th 2026 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Chapel of Memories (4401 53 Ave, High Prairie, AB T0G1E0). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 9th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Paul's Roman Catholic Church (4633 52 Ave, High Prairie, AB T0G1E0).
