He was predeceased by: his wife Annie Dixon; his children, Alvin, Ray Dixon and Corrina; his grandchildren, Carla Starlight and Tyson Dixon; his great grandchild Traezlin; and his siblings, Ernie, Garvin, Richard and Fern.
He is survived by: his children, Laverna (Darren) and John; his sister Barbara; and his grandchildren, Tiffany (Lyle), Livia, Keshia, Erin (Denny), Butch, Anne (Dakota), Tara, Rayleen, Chantelle (Ty), Kaitlyn, Sara, Levi, Shantaya and Tarren. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
