He is survived by : his daughter JulieAnne Lewis-Bonham; his granddaughter Gracie Elizabeth of Calgary, AB; his mother Valerie; and his siblings, Katherine of Kelowna, BC, Robert of Coldstream, BC and Bill of Trail, BC.. He is also survived by his extended family and friends.
