He was predeceased by : his parents, Mary Slater and Clifford Slater. He is survived by : his sisters, Doreen and Margaret; his wife Ann Dust; and his children, Samantha, Simone and Gareth. He is also survived by spouses and his grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Diabetes Canada, in honor of Clifford's tenacious, loyal, and determined spirit.
