He was predeceased by: his father Joe; his sister-in-law Jeannie; his brother Dave; his mother Mildred; and his sister Karen.

He is survived by: his siblings-in-law, Gayle (Dave) and Larry McIntosh (Karen); his brother Eugene (Holly); his nephew Darrell (Michealle); his close friend Ian Donovan (Serena); and his cousins, Alberta and B. C..
