He was predeceased by: his parents, Doug Pakenham and Jean Pakenham (McNeil); and his brother-in-law Joe McGoldrick. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen; his children, Jeffrey Pakenham (Laurie), Carolynn Smith, Barbara Allen (Blake), Johanna Gordon (Neil), Bonna Gay (Ken) and Deborah Osadczuk (Mark); his grandchildren, Megan, Dana (TJ), Janelle, Jordan, Dougie and CJ; his great grandchild Roland; his sister-in-law Lynne McGoldrick; and his nieces, Erin McGoldrick (Kellen) and Lorelei.
