He is survived by: his mother Joanne Abel; his siblings, Patricia McLarnon and Stephen MacInnis; his niece Amie MacInnis (Kyle); and his great-nephew Roka Kanngiesser.
A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Francis de Sales Roman Catholic Church (206 9 Ave SW, High River, AB T1V1B5).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation in Gerald's memory.
