She was predeceased by: her parents, Mike Lazaruk and Anne Lazaruk; her brother Wayne Lazaruk; and her sister-in-law Carol Lazaruk. She is survived by: her husband Gene Smolinski; her sons, Ken (Deborah), Cameron, Darryl (Lynne) and Jim (Julie); her siblings, Lawrence and Ruth Geisbauer (Ernie); and her sister-in-law Arlene Lazaruk. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
