He was predeceased by: his adoptive mother Blanche Lillian (William Frederick Podgurny); and his siblings, Dianne Johnston, Virgie Lawrence and Harold Johnston. He is survived by: his wife Lynda; his daughter Natasha (Cody); his grandsons, Jaxom and Danny; his son Harvest Johnston (Finnessa); his grandsons, Seth and Levi; his siblings, Lewis, William Podgurny, Hazel Ward, Marie Dyck (Dave), Ethyl Velie, Irene Fortin and Louise Dzaman (Darrell); and also, Lindsae Nichols, Charity, Grace and Victor. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Heritage Inn (1104 11 Ave SE, High River, AB T1V1P2).
