She was predeceased by: her husband Colin Arthur Mark. She is survived by: her children, Susan (Ken), Carol (Jeff), David and Larry; her granddaughter Robyn; her sister Alyss (Ed); and also England. She is also survived by cousins and to see where her Swedish grandmother and great-grandmother.

In remembrance of Hazel Mark's life, the family asks that any charitable donations be made to the High River United Church.
