He was predeceased by: his father Fred; and his stepmother Joan. He is survived by: his mother Sylvia; and his siblings, Linda Berti (Gord), Jim (Carol Browne), Donna (Wayne Fingas), Rae Thorogood, Karen Therrien, Sean (Nancy Steeves), Les (Jaime), Donny and Andrew (Alexandra). He is also survived by cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Prairie Sky Equine Therapy (pseat.ca), supporting horse therapy programs that benefit others, like our Jay, with life challenges.
