It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kenneth Wilbur Whillans of High River, Alberta, born in Blackie, Alberta, who passed away on November 29, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Ellen (Powell) and William Hay Whillans; his wife Dora Louise (Holmes); his children, Kathleen "Kay" Dale (Sornberger) and Joseph "Joe" Kenneth Whillans; and his adoptive son Bill Whillans.
He is survived by: his children, Linda Arlene (Elson) and Ervin George Whillans; his adoptive children, Anthony "Tony" Whillans and Colleen Whillans; and his siblings, Wilfred "Bill" Lawrence Whillans, George, Jim, Lou and Joyce (McDermott). He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Please be aware that there are covid restriction in place that limits indoor attendance to 50 people.
