He is survived by: his wife Allison; his daughter Lily; his brothers, Donnie Cook (Cathy) and Philip Cook (Wendy Huggan) of Linacy; his stepsister Tanya Reid (Graham) of Calgary; and his stepfather Harvey Treby. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
