He was predeceased by: his parents, Nellie Marshall and Harry Marshall; and his brother Doug Marshall. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte; his children, Deb Shopperly (Chris), Pam Howell, Rick Marshall (Trina) and Darren Marshall (Michelle); and his siblings, Bonnie Moore (Jim), Shirley Jackson (Alex), Helen Taylor and Bill Marshall (Dorothy). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.

Memorial donation may be made in memory of Lorne to the Alzheimer Society of Alberta.
