He was predeceased by : his sons, Orville Jr. and Gail Edwards; his parents, Mary (Holloway) and Archie; his sister Bernice Daniels; and his half-brother Troy Daniels.

He is survived by : his wife Barbara Daniels; his children, Linda (Del), Verna and Ian; his brother Larry Chester (Janice); his stepbrother Tommy; his sisters, Elenor Rollinmud, Cheryle Daniels and Joy Edwards; his half-sister Deanna; his adoptive children, Darcy Dixon (Kathy) and Beatrice Dodginghorse; and his cousin Henry Holloway.
