She is survived by: her siblings, Reuben, Walter, Gladys, Fern, Frances, Vernon, Willard and Clifford; her husband Norman Braaten; her children, Grant Braaten (Debbie), Lavonne Taylor and Leanne Edwards (Rob); and her grandchildren, Michael Braaten (Josie Goffinet), Jennifer Willoughby (Jeff), Allison Pedersen (Kristian), Cody Edwards (Lindsey Bolton) and Ashley Edwards (Sean Ware).
A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Lyle Reeves Funerals (140 6 Ave SW, High River, AB T1V1A1).
