He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Lyons and Catherine Lyons; and his siblings, Earl, Sidney, Bob, Russell Lyons and Pearl Lyons.
He is survived by: his wife Irene Lyons; his children, Debi Cox (Rob), Danny Lyons (Sylvia), Sharon Powell (Tim) and Judee Merkley (Clint Stewart); his grandchildren, Coby Farrelly (Rob), Tiffany Bedu (Darcy Garrecht), Jayson Lyons (Justine), Brett Lyons (Haley), Carly Barker (Lucas), Tayler McKinlay (Jordyn Harpel), Alanna McKinlay (John Lee), Dakoda Stacey (Louis), Teal Edels (Dave), Bailey Challenger (Peter), Krystle Merkley and Jordyn Powell; and his great grandchildren, Karsen, Payten, Quinn, Adis Farrelly, Kali Bedu (Colton Geier), Foxx Olson, Kord Olson, Grayer Lyons, Clancie, Marlo Stacey, Walker, Ivy, Nash Hirsekorn and Jack Challenger. He is also survived by children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Snodgrass Funeral Home – Reception Lounge.
