Sharon Gale Wallace Obituary

With sadness, we share the passing of Sharon Gale Wallace of High River, Alberta. Sharon, born on March 16, 1941, passed away on September 10, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Nurcombe and Betty Nurcombe; her husbands, Ken Wallace and Alfred Handel; her stepfather Peter Hodges; and her son Blair Handel.

She is survived by: her daughter Alanna Parker (Jason); her daughter-in-law Georgia Handel (Doug Hanley); her grandchildren, Tyler Babkirk (Nicole), Al Handel, Jesse Handel and Michelle Olivier DaCunha; her great grandchildren, Johnny and William Babkirk; her brothers, Bill Nurcombe (Carol) and Jim Nurcombe (Inger); her stepson Ken Wallace Jr.; and her stepgrandson Scott Wallace. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
