He was predeceased by: his daughter Nadia Chodyka. He is survived by: his parents, Dana Chodyka and Eugene Chodyka; his daughter Ciara Chodyka; his brother Gary Chodyka (Brittany); and his nieces, Brooklyn and Jayda Chodyka. He is also survived by his extended family and many friends.
The service honouring his life will be held at a later date when Covid-19 restrictions allow.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations will be gratefully accepted by the Canadian Mental Health Association (426-6 St. S. Lethbridge, AB T1J 2C9)).
