He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Cook and Julia Cook; and his siblings, John, Ennis, Nick, Magdaline and Anna Marie.
He is survived by : his brother Frank. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephew's friends.
When he retired Tony moved into Autumn Lodge in Berwyn and then moved to Homesteader lodge in Hines Creek where he was always out in the common areas visiting or playing cards, After the start of the 2020 pandemic Tony moved in with his niece Elsie to avoid the isolation.
