He was predeceased by: his wife Betty; his brothers, Verne and Darwin; and his parents, Marshall Franklin and Ruby Franklin (Rainboth).
He is survived by: his sibling's children, Arlana Franklin, Sherry Waldorf, Shane Franklin, Randy Franklin and Lee Franklin; and his brother-in-law Robert Stone (June). He is also survived by friends and his companion, friend.
