With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Petro Taravskyi in Hinton, Alberta, who passed away on September 11, 2025 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Hanna Panasyuk and Matthew Panasyuk; his wife Tetyana; his sons, Vadym and Ivan; his daughters-in-law, Ira and Mariia; his grandchildren, Zlata, Denys, Matthew and Makayla; his brothers, Volodymyr and Michael; his sister-in-law Ruslana (Sergiy); and his nieces, Alina and Marta.
A funeral service was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Our Lady of the Foothills Catholic Church (124 Tamarack Ave, Hinton, AB T7V1C8).
