Wayne Bowes Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wayne Bowes of Hinton, Alberta, who passed away on September 29, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Wayne is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Wayne's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his wife Colleen Bowes; and his parents, Mary Bowes and David Bowes. He is survived by: his son Troy Zimmer (Tracy); his grandchildren, Austin (Erin) and Raven (Joe); his great grandchildren, Jack, Davi, Brooke and Patrick; and his sister-in-law Phyllis McClelland.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Hinton Royal Canadian Legion (250 Pembina Ave, Hinton, AB T7V2B4).
