He is survived by: his wife Joyce Smith; his children, Lee Sparks of Elnora, Wayne Sparks (Lorrie) of Innisfail, Brad (Carla) of Bowden and Carolyn Worthington (Wayne) of Bowden; his grandchildren, Brett (Meghan), Reed (Tannis), Melissa (Kirk), Colbee, Colton, Brooke (Damien), Levi (Jesse), Dylan, Sydney and Pacey; his great grandchildren, Boon, Drae, Cooper, Lane, Hayes, Oakley and Von; his brothers, Norman Sparks of Edmonton and Roy Sparks of Innisfail; and his brother-in-law David Fisher.
