He was predeceased by: his parents, Ethel Pearl and William Carroll (Hank); his wife Marilyn Jean Lewis; his son Brent; and his grandson Jordan.
He is survived by: his close friend Betty Smith; his children, Shauna (Mike) and Kevin; his grandchildren, Kody (Jennifer), Kayli (Devin), Ashleigh and Brittany; and his great grandchildren, Jada, Jenna, Abby, Colton, Annabelle, Madison, Cierra, Shae, Clayton, Jacob, Arianna and Katherine.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Innisfail United Church (4720 48 Ave, Innisfail, AB T4G1S6).
