He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Spiller and Helen Spiller; his daughter Kim; and his grandson Tony. He is survived by: his wife Audrey; and his children, Daniel (Debbie), Brian (Darlene), Kevin (Paula), Patrick (Angela) and Dawn (Gordon). He is also survived by his seventeen grandchildren, and his fourteen great grandchildren.

A prayer was held on Friday, January 16th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church (4304 49 Ave, Innisfail, AB T4G1M6). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, January 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
