She is survived by: her children, Lance Lukinuk, Lorretta Vanamelsvoort and Thomas Lukinuk; her grandchildren, Stetson, Mackenzie Vanamelsvoort and Daxten Lukinuk; and her siblings, Connie, Debbie, Rosalea, Ernie and Ricky. She is also survived by many other family members, friends.
