He was predeceased by: his wife Andrea; his close friend Mary Boonstra; his brother Eugene; and his parents, Mary and Frank.

He is survived by: his children, Michelle Fraser (Brooke), Darren Stepanik (Erica) and Gail Stepanik-Keber (Bernhard); his grandchildren, Morgan, Finn Fraser, Roman, Kara Stepanik and India Rose Keber; and his sister Audrey O'Shea (Kelly). He is also survived by relatives and friends.
